Here I show the control that you can get of your erection. If you can do this already - do you actually realise that you do it and that with training it can be held for longer and longer - seconds can turn into minutes as the muscle strength builds!, if so have a go at doing for longer periods of time, in an enjoyable way you can maybe incorporate into your sexual times. I will say that I don't like doing the exercise, the healthy lifestyle, but I love what it does for me and that is why I do it - otherwise I'd still be smoking! It was the excitement of gaining a harder erection that made me quit smoking and take up running - plus eating things like olives and sardines to repair the damage. If it wasn't for really wanting a stronger erection, I would not be doing it all now, and that is my point - we all need a reason. Not many of us enjoy all the doing of the exercise - if you do then I have to say I'm envious!

Keeping up the healthy lifestyle (even the pleasurable aspects of erection exercise) requires dedication. When having to do whole body exercise - most of us have to stay focused upon the reason for doing it. Not many enjoy the actual exercise - just the gains they will see as a result!
