The ErectionKaizen Diet is all about eating foods that help blood flow and improve the condition of your blood vessels in the short and long term. Certain foods really help, below is all about using nutrition for allowing your penis function to its full potential.


The bad choice can cause fatty deposits to form, (often due to sugar -not always fat!) As the artery gets lined with fatty deposits there is less blood flow. No Better Motivation

A diet that promises a stronger erection?  The erectionkaizen diet is certainly not dangerous and even if in the unlikely event it did not help your erection - the rest of your body will benefit which in the longer term will benefit your erection. So at worst it may just take a bit of time!  Some of these methods can be really easy to integrate into your life - as erectionkaizen needs to be sustainable - something that you can do for the rest of your life. If you don't like fish then you could try an Omega 3 supplement.  if you don't have time to prepare beetroot then you could try a beetroot juice that is becoming a lot more popular and readily available! There is always a way - if you want it to work for your erection - it will! Gradually try introducing the erection diet: eating lots of fruit, vegetables, nut, seeds and other wholefoods, plus beetroot and oily fish. Remind yourself why you are doing it - imagine a harder throbbing erection every time you have a food choice - and this could also be your reminder to do your erectionKaizen penis exercise at the very time - no one will know you're doing it and it will increase your sexualness nicely. Even 10 seconds here and there all adds up!

My email replies to a throbbing member...

but on a personal note i have really noticed some differences from healthy eating. I have cut out all added sugar for around 7 years and limit high GI foods. Instead have lots of low GI foods such as oats, whole grains and vegetables/salads. This has the effect of keeping blood glucose stable and therefore hormones more stable. If I go back to eating lots of white starchy food (which I love at the time) I instantly notice the difference. The differences are - less ups and downs, more energy and more sex drive. It really has for me made a difference. I have not eaten meat for about 13 years - just fish, don't know if that has any effect - but what it does do is ensure I eat a balanced diet. I eat as much whole foods as possible - no processed and this last year lots of beans and peas which may sound boring but they're great in a curry or with miso or coconut milk.

I don't want to bore you but longer term I have noticed a difference due to eating more fermented foods - good for feeding your good gut bacteria. I make my own sauerkraut which I have every day - plus onions and bananas feed what good bacteria is already there. 

This all helps to give me more energy and feel so much more sexual, it really does work. But some changes can take months as your body sometimes needs to adapt and as I was hooked on sugar I felt worse before I felt any benefits. 

Then lastly the magic really is beetroot and celery, if I have a nice time coming up - a few hours before I have some beetroot juice (always have some in fridge ready, though I do limit juice as it is better to eat the fibre as well - but with a meal of beans no problem!) or celery as the nitrates dilate the blood vessels erectionKaizen style and really does give that extra swelling, throbbing feeling. But only if I'm relaxed and not tired!

Always remember the erection Diet can help but it will struggle to override the body's response to stress and tiredness, remind yourself of those video explanations! So relaxation as we discussed so important - also if you get stressed at trying to eat healthily it may be counterproductive! Maybe start with some small easy changes!

L Citrulline is great for erections as it is part of one process that can make Nitric Oxide - improving blood flow. However there are many great substances that our body needs in order for everything to be working at optimum levels and if we were to take a supplement for every one of these we would be rattling.

Whilst l citrulline does play an important part in the process - many other substances also do- for example leafy green veg, salad leaves and beetroot contain nitrates that the body is then able to turn into Nitric Oxide, which dilated blood vessels and improves blood flow.

L citrulline as you are probably aware is found in watermelon, legumes - such as peas, beans and lentils are also good sources, which personally I think is better and fits in with erectionKaizens ethos of all natural, sustainable and in moderation. But legumes are great for the whole health of our body as they contain many nutrients and fibre to keep all body systems in good condition. This is important for the long term health and erection quality.

So you probably see where I am heading with this one - in my opinion well balanced plant based diets take some beating - the Mediterranean diet seems to be one of the best. Or simply as wide a range of natural unprocessed foods as in the erectionkaizen diet as you can. then you're sure to be covering all bases! 

But the short answer is yes l citrulline is good!
