Naked or Clothed
London Personal Training and Erection Coaching is a different type of personal training - get your whole body fit, a focus upon improving all your body systems that boost erection quality - which when working well - your erection will be working well too! This is really different training - very personal training for your whole body fitness is not even normal, as you have the option of being naked...
We can be naked to allow ourselves to focus upon our body - with an intensity and a connection that is not the same as when clothed. However the priority is happiness - so if you feel more comfortable clothed then that is good.
This focus is really important so that you can feel the effect upon your body and really begin to understand all the good the exercises are doing to each particular part of your body. If we are naked the fact our penises are always visible and just there - provides the constant motivation and inspiration to exercise harder so that we really feel and see the part we are wanting to improve.
This will improve your erection quality, but also your whole body fitness, strength and even your mind.
By now you are probably realising that this London Personal Training is unique. I'll ask if you want to be naked or not and then we will have a chat about the improvements that you would like to see. Whilst I specialise in improving erection quality I started off as just a conventional personal trainer so I can do both. Once I have an understanding of what you want to achieve we'll move to the fitness assessment before we embark upon the personal training.
At all times the emphasis is upon fun and enjoying yourself as greater happiness and contentment means greater erections!
