Thank you for your youtube vids. You are helping more people than you realize. I have emailed you before and I've really gotten back into lifting weights, mindfulness, and walking. I appreciated your latest vid.
I've been under a lot of stress in 2018, and was having trouble achieving erections. By lifting weights, walking, and mindfulness at certain parts of the day, that problem has gone away. I have also been practicing with a fleshlight and have been able to return to the frequency and size of the erections I had as a teenager, although I am 45. Haha I was also happy to see that your penis bends a bit to the left when I erect like mine does, so I feel more normal. Thank you
