Indirectly these exercises are good for the prostate as we know that to ejaculate regularly is good.
These exercises can in time build to give us some great sensations. This helps us to feel more sexual and increase levels of desire within us leading to more ejaculations - so all is good!

Plus the prostate lies directly above the muscles we are exercising and so gets gently massaged as the muscles develop and the movement builds. This stimulates it and when combined with ejaculation is good and pleasurable.
So indirectly these exercises can generally only do some good. But the best thing is to listen to your body - if it feels good then then the likelihood all is good. If anything doesn't feel quite right or has recently changed see a doctor.
